Meet our Executive Chef: Gunnar Mueller Chef Gunnar brings a wealth of experience with international appointments in luxury hotels such as St Regis in Osaka, Japan, Sheraton Seoul, South Korea, St Regis Lhasa Resort in China, Grand Hilton Seoul, South Korea and Intercontinental Hotel, London. Chef Gunnar is leading the kitchen brigade of more than 51 chefs from 20 countries in developing delicious and innovative menu offerings for Sheraton on the Park's new culinary concept; Feast, the Conservatory Bar and The Gallery Tea Lounge, to deliver a diverse range of cuisines utilising his international experience and years spent in Asia to deliver a burst of freshness, colour and variety to guests and locals alike.
