Meet our Executive Chef: Duncan Morrison
Born in Inverness, Duncan Morrison, 41, started out working at his local fish and chip shop when he was 13 and has since carved out a long career across Scotland, Bermuda, Doha, Dubai, Vietnam, and Australia.
He first moved to Australia in 2006 and worked as Chef de Cuisine at Crown Casino, Melbourne for three years, followed by a similar stint at Sebel Citigate. Morrison headed back overseas in mid-2011 to assume the role of Executive Sous Chef at the Grand Heritage Doha Hotel and Spa.
Traversing the globe, he had a quick stop in Perth at the start of 2013 and then returned to the UAE before being named Executive Chef at Sheraton Nha Trang in Vietnam. After four years in Southeast Asia, he returned to Australia to take the reins at Sheraton Grand Sydney.
Chef is leading the kitchen brigade of more than 51 chefs from 20 countries in developing delicious menu offerings featuring incredible, innovative and sustainable produce which maintain Feast's position as one of Sydney's leading dining destinations.
