Meet GUILLAUME - Restaurant Manager

My Journey with Starwood Hotels and Resorts started a year ago when I first started working at Sheraton on the Park as Assistant Restaurant Manager. I’ve been travelling the world throughout my career, to learn and develop my hospitality skills. Feast Restaurant has allowed me to strengthen my leadership and operational abilities. Working within an international team of many cultures and backgrounds, to bring our guests an exceptional dining experience, has been an excellent development opportunity. Furthermore I am very passionate about American football and CrossFit. Sheraton on the Park provides everything I’m looking for and hopefully this is just the beginning of my journey with them. 

Meet DONNA - The Foodie 

After working at W hotel Taipei, I've continued my Starwood journey with Sheraton on the Park as a food and beverage attendant. The company’s excellent training programs have given me the support I need to develop my skills and build my hospitality career. As a food lover, I consider being a food and beverage attendant more than just a job. I am passing my passion and excitement for food on to our guests. I believe what we provide to customers is not only an exceptional meal or service, but a memory that lasts forever. So here I am in my second country, at my second brand, and looking forward to my continuing future with Sheraton on the Park.

Meet CAROLIN – The Artist 

Originally from Germany, I came to Sydney nearly 6 years ago on a working holiday visa. My interest in coming to Australia was to improve my English and to learn about the hotel and hospitality business in another country. I studied hotel and hospitality business for 3 years in Germany and my goal was to work for a large hotels chain. As well as work I also have an amazing son who is going to turn 4 years old this year and am very passionate about all styles of Art. I enjoy being creative and use my time off to work on my various art projects. I'm very lucky to have had such a great opportunity, to work for Sheraton on the Park Sydney and achieve my goal of being part of such a great hotel.

Meet FAY - The Traveller 

Travel is something I have always been passionate about. Before coming to Sydney, I worked for several different hotels around the world to experience different cultures. I have been at Sheraton on the Park for a year and it has given me the chance to develop and I have learned how to provide the greatest level of guest satisfaction. Working at Feast has been an inspiring challenge for me. As a restaurant in a five star hotel we care a lot about the service and product quality. Sheraton on the Park focuses on their employees’ satisfaction and working here has been the best thing I have experienced in my career.

Meet ELMER - The Fishing Enthusiast 

My passion for hospitality started from my first job in the town of Quezon City, Philippines back in 1990. I was fortunate enough to move to Australia and found a wonderful opportunity at Sheraton on the Park. Working within the F&B department here as a senior associate and cashier has allowed me to share my passion and knowledge for hospitality by providing opportunities for me to mentor new associates. I have seen many changes in my time at the hotel however I still feel the sense of satisfaction when our guests speak about their great experiences. I have been so happy to form long term friendships with many of our guests, who I have known now for many years. I also really enjoy mentoring and seeing the next generation of service professionals coming through. Outside of work I love nothing more than to spend time with my family and pursuing my love of fishing.

Meet VIVIAN - The Fashionista

My journey started when I came to Australia to pursue higher education in hotel management. I always have a passion in the hospitality industry and it allows me to meet and interact with new people. In 2015 I was fortunate to join Sheraton on the Park and started my first hospitality career as a food and beverage attendant in Feast Restaurant. Ever since I have been given the opportunity to develop and hone my skills further in order to provide outstanding service. Apart from that, my life is just about fashion and shopping, I love shopping and interested in unique fashion designs. Furthermore, I'm looking forward to enjoy my hospitality career in Sheraton On The Park Sydney.
